Thanks to the Laurel Foundation, this form of downtown greening adorns the major streets of the Golden Triangle. On their own initiative, eight other neighborhoods display baskets that are designed and cared for by WPC.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>A small but high impact form of streetscape greening, particularly in places without a lot of space, hanging baskets add a touch of color and signal a community cares about its environment. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;"><SPAN /><SPAN><SPAN>The Laurel Foundation underwrites the downtown baskets, supplemented by several corporations. Other funders are assisting additional neighborhoods, including local businesses.
